OK, so how could they clean up this visual mess?
It shouldn't be too hard to design a classic-looking girder fork with some modern suspension, and a nice separate 8" round headlamp to show that you're respecting the model's heritage rather than just plundering it for the model name or number.
The engine could rally be a narrower angle vee twin.
Then at the back if you want a spring frame with a classic look, surely the Indian Bullet frame we all know and love does that in spades and will let you use a sprung saddle rather than thing stuck out in thin air.
Go back and try again guys, you've shown you can do a reasonable job with the CGT and the new 650 twins.
