Hi BW, bit off topic but the last Bullet I rebuilt was a 48 model G. I had ridden with the owner on several rides over the time and every ride bits broke and fell off it. On the last ride I pulled alongside him just as it holed the piston. We had to leave him on the side of the road for his father to pick him up. Some months later he asked me if I could rebuild it, I spent massive hours working on repairing/restoring the bike to its found under house glory. After splitting the crank I thought something was wrong when it wouldn't fit in my jig. I put the drive side wheel in my crank and my lathe shook violently. The owner was standing there and could not believe it. After turning the wheel to round I reassembled the crank and it now runs very well, nothing breaks and falls off, the primary is almost oil tight (small leak because he has had the primary apart for some reason). What I could work out was, was this wheel out of round from the factory from day one, it must have been rebuilt a few times over the years so why had nobody found this problem before
