I’m not sure if my C5 has one or not. Having decided to go ahead and fit a Reynolds as a safety precaution, I have ordered the gasket you mention anyway. I shall use grease on it so that it can be reused. I’ve also ordered the clutch locking tool. While no doubt you can remove the crank and clutch centre nuts by putting the gearbox in top and standing on the rear brake pedal I prefer to do it the easy way, especially as both nuts need torquing up. A few owners have reported finding loose clutch centre nuts...I’ve also ordered a gear lever shaft oil seal, just in case. IIRC Roger Slater sealed his primary drive using Blue Hylomar. I prefer a gasket. I can’t see that anything would be affected either way.
