Girish, the distributor needs to come off. This involves removing the timing cover and the distributor pinion. There is a special tool for this. It is then held with three screws. You then need to dismantle the distributor to replace the seals. When you've got everything back together the ignition will have to be re-set. As Gwilly says, it looks like a pain of a job and one I've never had to do.
