Hi FRANK----------( The following is "Without Prejudice or Malice aforethought" )----Surely those "problems" you mentioned were taken into account by the owner when first purchased ??..........This fault might be a "one-off" to that individual rider ?...OK, yes---that's a possibility. But if, as I alluded to earlier, it's a DESIGN fault that's just starting to show-up with actual mileage use,( Maybe just a simple thing like a cable re-routing ??).. then the other THOUSANDS of 535 Conti. GT owners might like to be made aware, plus the Dealer's Technicians who will be doing the "Hands-On" maintenance will need to know as well..And the best way of achieving that is via the official Factory Internal Notification based on Customer Feedback.......How long is the Warranty actually for then ?........2 or 3 years ??.........And for a potentially "One-off" situation within that short period you're advocating a "Can't be r-sed" attitude ??......Well-- maybe that's why the Factory has the same feeling towards it's customers then ??...................... You can only reap what you sow, eh ??
