hi michael, sorry to hear of your many efi troubles ,the efi i look after for a mate had problems in rain every time it got wet it stopped and let him down he was getting grief from his recovery service as to the unreliability of his bike anyway cutting a long story longer i moved all the fuses into the right hand side chrome tool box fitted a new fuse board with better blade fuses rewired the main feed from the battery to said fuses etc, what gave me the idea for this was mr enfield india had hidden some relays in the other chrome carbunkle to the rear of the battery cover so i thought give it a whirl guess what he has not had a problem since touch wood as this guy is a jonah so check the weedy main power wire not the one to the starter as thats heavy duty on the poss side of battery anyway thats enough for this efi sage only to say this the efi is a nice bike but and its a big but the wiring is a complete dogs arse ,i have advised my mate the jonah to buy a nice bmw to pull his chair although he,s that unlucky he would buy a pup,he,s took a shine to my brand new HARLEY SO YOU NEVER KNOW?although he wont fit a chair on a sporster they are not to be used with sidecars anyway hope some of this drivle helps and remember keep taking the pills atb paul.
