MadMike,
I did not have the bike Dyno tested. Also please note I'm talking kmph not mph? The engine does seem run a bit faster than quoted figures at 5600 - 5700, but that is how it came from the factory. I can comfortably pull to 120 kmph before changing to 5th gear.
Mark M,
At high speed the front fork starts wobbling at any unevenness in the road surface. I have to mention that in South Africa the bikes are fitted with Indian tires and not the Avlon ones. So now and then – mostly under acceleration - it also feels if the back arm pulls one side; very uncomfortable for the pillion. I checked all nuts and bolts and they all thight as it should be. I further suspect the disc brake to be out of alignment as breaking is aggravates the wobble (I will check on this over the weekend). On top of this the front fork feels spongy and too soft - it tends to dive a bit too much under breaking.
Your thoughts.....
Thanks
Roeland
