Hi all I am back again with another request for your feed back.
Went to start my 1965 350 bullet after it had been stood for a week
and it started second kick, initially a bit smokey but soon cleared and reved up ok and tick over was smooth.Stopped the engine went to get my helmet and gloves from the house returned to the bike tried to kick start it into life but no go,the guy next door to me was in a great deal of mirth as I tried in vain to bring life to my bullet but after ten minutes of trying no go,took the spark plug out and it was wet,so cleaned the plug and second kick away she went, could it be the mixture because when I start the bike from cold I use the choke but can push the choke in almost as soon as the bike has started and it runs with no problem,if this is the problem where can I adjust the mixture as there apears to be only one screw adjustment on the carb and this seems to be the throttle adjustment, any ideas please.
