Yes! I suggest you try a practice hole on an old piece of aluminium first. Once you're confident, tackle the actual job. If you can keep the drill perpendicular to the flange face on the cylinder head, that would be really good.

Our hosts sell Heli-coil kits, though with the current situation post-Brexit you might want to find a kit nearer home.

Alternatively find an engine repair shop or garage who can do the job for you.
