Im sure you’re right about Crusader front wheel fitting Bullet forks, I offered mine up and felt the wheel looked odd with the angle of the retaining slot being different and thought it might affect the brake cable position etc. Also I wanted the TLS brake because I’d fitted a 535 Bullet engine...!

Sorry, I ditched the pattern a while ago, and even if I had it, it probably wouldn’t fit yours as I tweaked (cut/bend/weld) the front down-tube in a couple of places to ensure a snug fit...

A tip: use see-through stiff-ish thin plastic sheet to make a pattern & mark the shape and positions of the studs & bolts. You’ll be able to see through the plastic and make accurate marks on it!

Good luck

Bulsader or Crullet?

If you wanted a disc brake front end, a set of Electra-X/Electra EFI forks, or even the forks off an EARLY model C5 EFI Classic (2009-2011) fit Redditch top yokes, as these still have the externally-threaded stanchion tops.

Probably handles best with the 19" front wheel, an 18" rim on the back should work OK, the raising the bike slightly (1/2" at the back, 1" at the front) might give you side/centre stand issues, possibly some lengthening required, possible not!
