I took everything apart, removed the ball bearings and inserted them again, same problem.. don't know what to do anymore, cannot find the cause.

Suggestions are welcome..

Toutube has several assembly movies, The gearbox itself is not difficult, i also- in my defence- assembled BSA, jawa, ural, dnepr and ducati gearboxes.

Pics from what partys do you want?
I do not know where the problem is, the mainshaft is the same as was installed, seems to have stretched in some way?

Only difference is;
- new ball bearings
-close ratio sprocket, which has the same dimensions as the old one (calliper says so)

I did that, (as i mentioned?)
2 days ago i brought it to a workshop and they discovered 2 things;
Despite same bearing number, the big bearing has larger dimensions,(do not know about the smaller opne, but both are the same brand)
Also the (new) layshaft is bend, 'biting'in de bronze bush when assembled..

These was no big force needed to press the bearing bush and the sprocket (freezer/oven trick) onto the shaft, so i cannot imagine this is the cause for bending.

Update; Our host is sending a new layshaft which is not bend. The one i have now sways over 1,30 mm.

I hope sharing this will shorten the quest for people who encounter the same problem.
