how does the bike fit you size wise?

BTW what do you mean about battery access, both terminals can be accessed by just removing the seat or am I missing something?
Size wise the bike is as near perfect as I've had. My inseam is 31" and I have relatively long arms, so my posture is correct. The wiring loom on mine is just about as inflexible as you could get, and there is a huge clump of it running across the top of the battery terminals. That coupled with the mess of wires that have to be carefully "removed" to gain access to the battery , along with the badly fitting retaining bracket, make battery removal a chore. Then there is the reversal when the battery is put back in and the puzzle of re-assembly getting all the electrics back in the correct place so as not to leave a bulge in the plastic side panel once it is re-fitted. There is enough room between the pannier frame and the bike to tidily and securely mount a battery box thus eliminating any further problems.

OK thanks, I fit battery tender/heated jacket leads to most of my bikes which was pretty straightforward on the Himmy so fingers crossed I won't need to remove the battery for quite a while. Looks like I've got the fun of sorting that wiring knot if and when I do

Unfortunately I have no access to electricity where I keep my bike, so during periods of inactivity I disconnect/remove the battery, which is why I find it a nuisance.

Buy the comfort seat they are so much better and I don't understand why they are not fitted from new as they are so much more comfortable.
I also fitted a good quality lithium battery which I found did prolong the battery life when left standing and gave me more confidence when away from home.
I believe a cam kit and a few other upgrades are in the pipeline too for those looking for a bit more oomph.

Oh the higher screen from Hitchcocks was a revelation to me.
