I hope our hosts don’t mind as it’s not an Enfield part, but just popped into Wilco for some bird seed and they had tubes of Autosol at £4! Of course I bought one!

I hope you don't mind when they withdraw this post as they do sell Solvol Autosol, I wonder how staff at Tescos would react if you walked into their store with a banner shouting " the stuffs cheaper at Sainsburys " We can all find parts cheaper if we look but Hitchcocks is an English business with old fashioned values, who give service and employ local well informed staff who are always around when we need advice. I am sure the staff at Wilcos will be more than happy to tell you how to fit your wotsit thingy that you bought elsewhere....

Not my intention to offend or upset our hosts. Wouldn’t do it with RE parts. Moderators, feel free to remove this thread.

My last two spends with our host, £140 last week, £190 not long before, with all the other small purchases, not trying to cause upset.

Wilko probably won’t do it again, they tend to get ranges in. If I felt our hosts would be upset with this one item, I wouldn’t have posted.
