Every thing in India is pretty well much crap,-have you been there. It is quite bloody awful to be honest.

If I recall, most of the people in their call centres have degrees. They are very helpful.
You unfortunately get the occasional one whose English makes it difficult to understand; but then again, how’s your Urdu...

Anyway, their rocket probably has points ignition, so easier to fix by the side of a planet...

Checked my Himalayan today and I ride every day and none of my rubbers look like your examples....
I have one slight crack on the fork gaiters but that's it.
My Continental GT, sold the other week 5 years old was still perfect too !
Think I would be at the warranty door
