The images should be viewable now. I cant see that my brake pedal has any stop/buffer block to return to. The pedal has very little play before engaging and has a good gap around the exhaust when at full height.

Loosen your exhaust header pipe nuts at the cylinder head and push the pipe near the brake pedal in towards the engine untill the brake pedal is no longer hitting it. Tighten the nuts back up while holding the pipe in the correct position.

The tip with the exhaust doesn't help. It stays more or less in place, won't damage something.

I'v loosen the slave rod on the master cylinder assy, it helps. The lever comes down, but I have to loosen it so much, that the spring which held the pedal in place gets so out of sprung, that the lever whobbles around. I really think there is nothing much I can do than change the whole assembly :(
