Thank you for your time, but technically this cannot do anything. Or I misunderstood.

In this video, (which I have seen before), you can see, that the rear brake lever ist already adjustet correctly, if the assy pin is in place or not. It cleares the exhaust.

I have no problem to engage the break, only the damn pedal is clunking against the exhaust.

The stick which aktivates the break isn`t attached to anything, if I adjust it, in only leads to engage the brake sooner or later. But no effect on the lever.

In my view, the brake leaver pedal on this video has a different shape to mine. Very pronounced curve, to clear the exhaust.

I think mine whas built on a monday...

Maybe I post some pictures of mine when I got back home in the afternoon.

Looking forward to some pictures. I got my 2017 Classic on Friday. Pedal is a little high, I looked at adjusting it and as you said, manual is different.
Mine might be like the video, something I need to check.

On a rear hydraulic brake the usual method of adjustment is indeed by altering the length of the master cylinder pushrod. This usually entails releasing a clevis pin. It's very frustrating not having one before me; it can't be that hard to fathom..

I will post some pictures. Maybe whe can shine some light on that.

Many thank's for the support so far!

There is no adjustment but there should be a good inch clearance on the exhaust pipe. Something not assembled properly?

The "stop" tab bears against the footrest mounting plate.

I don't like to say it but has the pedal been bent?

Thank`s now I know that I can't do anything and it is a poor lever. Maybe they attaches a false one. It looks a little bit short compared to some in the videos. But it can be my personal thinking.

It is assembled correctly. The spring that holds it in place is perfectly parallel aligned.

There is no "stop tab" at all. It stops at the exhaust.

There should be a little tab that bears against the footrest bracket at the back of the lever to limit the movement. Do you know a welder? Easy to pop one on.
