Hello All
I’ve read positive reports about modest performance improvements by fitting the DNA filter and modified ‘orifice/holding ring’.
My question, having had a look at the very restrictive ‘snorkel’ on my bike, is: do the improvements come mainly from the filter change or mainly from getting rid of the snorkel? Reason for asking is that £63 for the filter plus £27 for the orifice/holder is a lot of money!
Thanks in advance

The improvement must be the result of both items in conjunction.

The new filter holder is more open than the original item and will allow the engine to draw more air and the filter itself will allow increased air flow. Together these will increase volumetric efficiency, always crucial to performance.

As to 'value' and the balance between pounds and bhp - individual decision.
