Bikes: Year 2000 and 2007 Bullets, iron, 500cc. Both kick start only.
A few years ago I had seriously rough running problems with the car; it turned out to be a huge batch of faulty imported condensors. I was advised to install electronic ignition which I did and it has been perfect ever since. Now I've said that, I expect to break down on the M6 later today....
Anyway, looking through the Hitchcocks catalogue there are a couple of electronic ignitions for Indian-made Bullets. Mark IV seems the best idea, but there is also one (electronic?) advertised as being better for the 500cc bikes.
Any comments from anyone who has experience of these would be helpful. Easy to fit? reliable over time? Starting? Etc.
