I should clarify, that I'm referring to the Indian box. Not our host's (no doubt jolly lovely) 5 speeder.

I'll second what you say about the 5 speeder.

Fitted one to my 612 and it is a massive improvement.

Slo Poke is also a 612, Andy C. Do you also have the Bob Newby belt drive clutch?

Can someone explain exactly what parts and modifications are needed to fit a 5 speed, left foot change box to a 4 speed, right foot change Bullet? Thanks.

Count Johnny - yep I do have a Bob Newby clutch, but mine is a chain drive, cant remember why I had to go to a chain drive, but it seems to work just fine.

Our host's kits come complete with everything you need, but are right hand change.

Mr. H's conversion kit is impressive but unfortunately I don't think I can justify spending that much on my little 350 (my wife definitely thinks so). I was under the impression that it was possible on a DIY basis by other means...
