So, I have hated the handlebar clamp on the himalayan since the test ride, it's a bar which stops you mounting things to the center of the bars.
So I bought some cheap risers of ebay to replace the bar.
They didn't fit, unless I actually used the 1" riser spacer.
I did, and in transformed the bike. I'm a little more upright, but the bigger bonus, is standing.
It's hard to quantify, but now vs before, is comfortable, and I don't have to sit down when changing gear or coming to a stop.
Anyway, getting to the point.
These risers are fugly, so I am looking at replacing the handlebars with taller ones, probably aluminium.
But, I'm not sure the current height. Anyone know the handlebar specs? I know they are 22mm
Also, anyone know of aesthetically compatible handlebar clamp pairs to swap for the original bar one?
