Hi everyone thanks so much for all your help with my earlier post regarding registering my Indian market 350 Thunderbird. I'm pleased to say that after nearly 4 months of back and forth with HMRC, dvla, and dvsa I have finally managed to register my 2010 royal enfield thunderbird 350 in the UK with all the correct paperwork and type approval certificate (not an experience I'd like to go through again lol) Sadly I'm going to have to sell it as I have inherited a friends old bike and need the money to renovate it. My royal enfield is a 2010 model which was brought over in 2011 and has been stored up until I started the paperwork process 4 months ago. It has only covered a genuine 845km from new and has just been fully serviced with 2 brand new tyres (the originals did not have e marks so had to be changed for the type approval certificate), and mot'd. If anyone is interested please message me here and I will give you further details. I have the original purchase receipt, manuals, both keys etc. I've left the original Indian number plate on it as i think it adds to it's character. Am looking for around £1300 Thanks, matthew
