Here we go again.Fitted a new one only a month ago.Out today and bike grinds to a halt.Confirmed drip from fuel tap when on position.Confirmed same with tap on bottle/test rig set up.Split tap nothing found 100% no blockage.Reassemble and test flowing freely all ok.Guys this bike is starting to mess with my brain.

If the breather hole in the petrol cap is blocked, this would prevent fuel from running through the tap at the full rate. Did you try removing the cap when you had the problem?

Yes I did unlock the petrol cap and check and it was still just a drip.As I said I removed the fuel tap and put it on a bottle feed set up and it did the same just a slow drip.
