ha ha, great video, its more a case of grind a bit off put it on and check grind a bit more off, then thinking now its time to bend the brackets as I dont want to take any more off. I am just getting it on for lining up purposes as waiting for my RTV and cooling ring to come. At one point I had to grab the end the pipe and really manhandle it to get it to bend the way I wanted to get on the back bracket, then had to take it back off to bend the bracket with grips. Its lucky it has some give in it. :)

That system really does look the part on classic Bullets and should sound right too, if it's not over- or under-baffled. The chrome might need careful attention with UK weather.

You can tell the bodgers have been at work, below is the plumbing olive used as a washer to pack out behind my front exhaust bracket and the stainless steel washers I am using to replace it ;) The exhaust pipe has been on the bike overnight and it bolts on and off mich easier this morning. Just waiting on my cooling ring now.

Have done the exhaust up properly but not sealed it yet with the RTV as still waiting for the cooling ring but fired up the bike with the new exhaust to see how it sounds on the drive. It definately sounds fruitier and the clearance is better at the rear axle the old exhaust touched the axle after I fitted the longer shocks but this one is much lower and I could probably take it out without removing the muffler. Sorry if the video is portrait I have set it to edit to landscape but youtube takes an hour to do that.
