Hi all. I have poor idling on my Conny and discovered no other cause than a worn throttle body. (Amal 389) Does anyone have experience of a good company to re-sleeve the body and plate the slide for a good fit. I know about Draganfly motorcycles but their cost is about the same as a new carb!! All suggestions welcome, and thanks in advance. Dezzy

My Conny came with a Concentric with the same problem. I had mine done by 3D Motorcycles in Wolverhampton tel:01902 426051. Interestingly, rather than sleeving the carb body, he sleeved the slide... works very well, very smooth tickover etc

Yes that's the normal way to do it so you need to know the slide is correct beforehand, once its done another won't fit. Another vote for Martin Bratby.
