I have just purchased a 2011 Bullet Electra EFI and have noticed that once it is warm the tickover becomes erratic and it has stalled a couple of times due to this. Having done the obligatory google search there are mixed comments on this subject with some saying it just happens with the EFIs and others saying there is a problem. As mine is still under the 3 month parts and labour warranty I wondered what the general concensus of opinion was on here. Do I just accept it or does it need to go back to the dealer?

Most probably you'll have paid a premium getting the bike from a dealer.
Part of the price you paid includes being able to take it back to get any problems fixed within the guarantee period which is what you don't get with a private sale.
Take it back and let the dealer fix the problem. There are plenty of bikes that don't do what you're describing and there's absolutely no reason why you bike shouldn't be among them.

Hi Guys----Andy, I also suffered from an "erratic Rickover" for quite some time.....The NHS can sort it for you nowadays ---LoL !!....Typos, don't you just love 'em ??............Hello Bullet Trials}---Anyone who has read my replies in the past will know that I am a great advocate of using your Warranty, no matter how little is left on it......

However in this case it would appear that it's for "Parts and Labour"...which sounds to me to be more angled at your servicing periods rather than fault rectification..........You might try the "Fit for purpose" approach but don't be surprised if the dealer reacts against you.....PS}--- Try Googling "Erratic Rickover" and see what comes up----quite an eye-opener !!
