A strait answer to your question- MOTEL 5100 15/40 4 stroke oil, or SILKOLENE comp 4 15/50 4t, my dealer uses Motel 5100 when my bikes are serviced but I am a Silkolene man so I am giving the Motel oil a trial, oil is changed at 300 miles- 3500 miles and at 3500 intervals after that, One of the best 4t oils is Silkolene pro 4 sx 15/50, used this oil in racing 4 stroke engines and its performance is superb.

Coincidentally I bought some Fuchs Silkolene Comp4 15/50 this afternoon for my 25,000 mile oil change.

This is what went in at 600 miles and it's what's been going in ever since.

ed.lazda: Is the Rapeseed oil degummed? If not, you will have gummed-up engine the same as using Castor oil which has not been degummed.

Same as Haggis. Not that it matters, any motorcycle oil the right grade will do. Its not like the engine is finely tuned and hyper advanced.

Anyone tried shoving a tube down the forks and using a pump to get the fork oil out? How about drilling drain holes while the ***ing nacelle is in bits? This is my second reason a wish they'd ditch the thing and fit a standard headlight. The lack of beam adjustment will made MOT day fun.

Leon -- thanks for the warning, but it's an electric chainsaw, I use the rapeseed oil on the chain.
