Got my Bullet on Ebay under this number 262941253312 think people on here will appreciate it more than Ebay dreamers. Going to miss it as I have had 5 of the 500 models and this has been the best with the better clutch and gearbox. Happy to answer any questions and bike is in Ellesmere Port.

Why only photos of one side of the bike?

Papa he has got pics of the other side, you have to click the blue arrow to the right of the thumbnails to see them. Looks like a nice bike, I liked the 5 speed I rode, it was a Haywards demonstrator, very nicely prepared.

Thanks Mark thought i had messed up my pictures then! just reduced the asking price to £1950 ono as i put it at £2000, sounds better if its under!! My reason for selling is i have a BSA as well as a project bike so too many bikes.

When did Ebay get so full of timewasters?? bring back the post office adverts in the window! 5p per week. Had somebody tell me mine was too dear and did i know anyone with a cheaper one!

Cannot believe the total amount of timewasters and dreamers I have had trying to sell my Bullet this time, had no problems selling my last ones and all went to nice enthusiastic people as well. Last day today then it looks like I am keeping it, maybe its meant to be I keep it!!

Sorry to hear the hassle. I am thinking of putting my Poor Mans Gold Star up on ebay - 2008 Electra X tuned and with loads spent and loads of valuable new spares - but now worried it will drive me insane dealing with the low life!!

Sadly you can rarely recover the money you've invested in your bike unless it's an absolute blue-chip classic. It would be interesting to see if the Electra-X ever becomes one, I suspect the model's disappointing performance in standard trim and it's well-documented mechanical weaknesses would prevent that, no matter what you or I might have done to make our individual Electra-X bikes go faster and hold together for longer. Just hang onto it, Sofiaspin, and enjoy it for yourself, unless you're selling it to me cheap...



Ahem, sorry, ignore that last bit, I already have enough modified AVL engined stuff lurking in the garage. Well, maybe. Sort of.
