From long past memory, the short leather ones are on the handlebars, the longer leather ones hold control cables to the frame and the rubber ones are for the wiring to frame, of course I may be wrong the 1950s were a long time ago. I will check and see if the parts list helps but I doubt it.

Don't know how to post pictures on here, but if you want a nice looking "new" Enfield v twin engine, take a look at the Musket being built in the USA these days.
