Does anybody read the statement that they acknowledge every time they post a message here? Or am I just becoming a grumpy old git?

Hi Peter, yes you are right and i did tick the acknowledge box without reading what i had agreed to, I have received an email form Hitchcocks that i have broken the rules and they said they will let it go for this one but i have been told off! and rightly so, regards Jez

Here is the statement: "Please note, that as we make our living selling parts, we can only accept postings for the sale of complete bikes. Any messages that appear to break this agreement will be deleted. Thank you for your co-operation.".



I did wonder whether this fell foul of the warning, though since it doesn't specifically mention tools as opposed to spare parts, I wasn't going to make a fuss. However, it's a fair point as our hosts' catalogue does include tools as well as bike parts. Also it wasn't a posting for the sale of a complete bike, I guess that covers anything and everything else.
