The bike is a 1952 Bullet with the old style pre55 gearbox.
When I removed the clutch I expected to find a ball bearing between the clutch pad and the clutch push rod, but there wasn't. I've now found a ball bearing inside the worm drive at the other end of the clutch push rod.
I can't see any reference to a ball bearing at either end of the push rod in the parts list nor in the manuals I have.
Could anyone tell me the correct position please?

Hi, ball bearing is at worm drive end. At the clutch end the pushrod contacts the clutch pad part no. h66b. Vince
