As one who gets caught out on a regular basis, I do have the option of typing my reply in Libre Office (MS Word for Microsoft fans!) correcting it after spell checking, having second thoughts, checking to see if someone has come up with a better reply, etc, then copying and pasting onto the message board, especially if it's a longer post.



But do I ever remember?

I see Paul Goff is now offering LED's for 6V BPF (needs 6V reg/rectifier in system) as well as 12V H4 (negative earth only) on his site, the H4 seem less bulky than the other versions we have been looking at, cheaper too!

Once again, thanks to all who took the trouble to reply, many interesting suggestions there. Adrian, I'm not ready yet to replace the alternator but I have sent off an email to Paul asking about his P36d LED's, just waiting to hear back.
