Hi all. Just wanted to say what outstanding service i have recieved from these. I wrote my super meteor off as a cat c insurance claim last wednesday in what is classed as a fault accident. Even though it was caused by people running a red light. I ran into the back of a dead stopped car at 40mph.

I logged the claim on thursay morning. I had the assesor out yesterday and he agreed with my quote i had prepared through hitchcocks and sheffield classics for the repairs.

I got a phone call today from the insurance company. They have agreed the total loss claim for the agreed value and paid me. 1 week from claim to pay has to be a record.

Cant recomend them highly enough.

Hi Ed, did you retain the bike to repair yourself/have it repaired? And where are Sheffield Classics? I am Sheffield born and bred, though living near Mansfield now, but haven't heard of them.

Ed, just tried a search and only thing that came up re classics was the car hire and sale place out in Loxley.

Hiya yes its the one up stavely. I have retained it i had paid £25 on the policy in the event of a write off. She will be rideable in a few weeks. Ed
