I am carefully running in my beautiful newly restored 1946 Model G, but was wandering once run in and all ok what would be a comfortable cruising speed of this year and model bike , 45 mph ?

On normal a/b roads 45 to 50 is a nice speed for it my old g would sit a 50 all day long on busy a roads it all comes brown to how happy You are just remember the brakes in traffic if your going quicker than that hope that helps
