I am at the presents on railway station due to the fact that our Internet has gone bang so I probably won't be able to communicate for a few days.

I am puzzled Scaly, internet failure would usually cause me to contact my internet service provider with a view to getting access restored rather than go to the nearest railway station. A.

What? Are we going to be deprived of town centre tours and insights into military history? Hurry back.

I did but they gave a date when it might be fixed. it wasn't.

Now we have a thing that is a little smaller than an iphone, with a usb lead and power brick. You just plug it in, and it pickles up 2G (all we have here is 2G apparently...) internet from the orange mobile phone network and you enter password on computer/phones as usual.

It reminds me of the days of dial up inter net, where if you wanted to refresh a whole page, you would be thinking of something else to do whilst waiting. But at least it does work.

they expect to have the landline working ...well something about one of the cows here going over the moon??!!???
