Hi all,
Last week clutch cable broke, today preparing for a ride kickstart Spring broke.
Took out my 1963 triumph tiger100ss fine until I tried to start when it was hot,no go.
When cooled down started first kick.
Any ideas where to. Look first?

Trouble restarting from hot is typically the condencers. Are you still using the 4CA points? Upgraded to 6 CA? Or converted to EI?

Try closing the plug gaps down to >0.020 to see if that fixes the problem, if so look to the coils and the HT side, or the pilot circuit in the carb.

How much oil is leaking from around the rocker covers? If you are still using a solid copper head gasket there will be almost a much oil entering the combustion chambers as there is on the out side...

Non-starting from hot or mis-firing when hot is generally a condenser issue, a cheap, 2 minute fix on my Tiger 90.

If it just has the one coil I guess it is the distributor model from 62 but registered 63 this model has a condenser in the distributor, due to the heat in the distributor the condenser's are prone to failure.
