I like the way that no matter where you are in the world, if you stop on a quiet road to take a photo (or do some carb adjustments, it doesn't seem to matter what,) a whole crowd of people turn up to get in the way!

I guess the extra spokes might help support the extra weight? Looks like a nicely done conversion to me, sounds okay too. As for the footwear, I think you'll find they're actually "safety sandals" specially designed for motorcycle use, normally he'd be barefoot,,,,,

Leon Novello, 72 and 80 spoke wheels are available for Royal Enfield Bullets. (Not in the UK though.)
