I think it's a 350 Clipper AKA Model G Deluxe. Quite unusual and probably conceived by the Factory as a way of using up excess Model G engines and maybe even the parts for the unloved "intermediate" frame. I've never ridden one but it is said to be a nice improvement on the standard rigid G. Doubt whether they ever got to be military bikes, the "Surf Green" colour was standard for some models in 1955/6 and even some 500 Bullets were made in this colour!
