This edition features the Miami motorcycle show. The RE stand had a very double taking grey continental GT on display along with more usual RE's.

David had a great way of saying things and this entry is especially good and well worth visiting.

There is still a grey area about 'grey' or 'gray', but as they say, "let's not spit nails whilst the hay shines"!

I can't understand why anyone would get excited by a change of paint job on an existing model. Same goes for all the seemingly endless articles showing yet another pre-roduction prototype of the Himalayan. Wake me up when a new model actually goes on sale... A.

That was about one individual's inspired or misguided refurb of an old Bullet, and ISTRC I replied (hopefully in a relevant way) to someone else's comment rather than express an opinion on the colour. Meanwhile, I obviously HAVE previously replied to this post too, or else we wouldn't be having this conversation!

My point was that I cannot be bothered over the hype generated when the factory just plays with the colour schemes, "limited edition" or otherwise (let's see if we can sell a few more by tarting the old models up a bit) or some blogger waves yet another set of pictures of an alleged new model that is STILL unavailable under our noses. Others may be thrilled to bits, great, fill your boots...

Grumpy mode off.

And I was just drawing attention to David's excellent blog, Didn't mean to throw you off colour. :-)

Oh, he has got coverage of the Antique motorcycle club of America on there which makes a change as many other british bikes.

Nice old bikes

Now it's true that David Blasco does come up with some nice old stuff, though if you follow his link to the A.M.C.A. Everglades Chapter and then go on to some of their links, turn your sound off as it starts playing one of those awful "I'm going to show you how to get rich quick" infomercials (I think that's what they call them, I could think of other descriptions) in the background!
