If this is any help, here's a catalog(ue) picture of a Fury fitted with lights, though as has been stated no lights/no alternator versions with the short crankshaft were also supplied.

I have been scouring the internet for pictures for my own Not a Fury project, there are some good restorations out there. It you can get a picture of your motorcycle on a photo hosting web site and post a link here, it would be nice to have a look at it.

Thanks for the picture Adrian. I am new to the internet scene and have no idea what you're talking about on how to post a picture but someone did set some up for me on email to send to Mr. Scarth. They are when she looked her worst but would be glad to send them to you and feel free to post them if you wish. Tim

Tim managed to get a photo e-mailed, and after some fun and games here is his Fury.

Shouldn't be too tramatic a restoration!

I saw a restored Fury with lights and a **speedometer** at the Netley Marsh autojumble a year or three ago, several of the examples I have seen on-line also have lights and a speedo. Rev counters probably only appeared on track bikes, this Indian big head Westerner (Fury with different badges) came up on ebay a while back and has a rev counter but no lights or front brake either... (Photo from ebay):

My NotaFury project has a rev counter as well as a speedo, with one of our hosts' twin-clock alloy fork yokes.

There you go Adrian. That's what I want mine to look like when it's done except dual front brakes, knobbies and Enfield emblems. Not having any luck finding any used parts in the U.S.

Tim,

keep trying your local swap meets, (autojumbles over here) ebay, and of course you have Craigslist. I saw that your post on the US forum hadn't stirred up any interest, but even allowing for a few re-imports, over half of the Furies surviving should still be somewhere in the US, and some parts were to quite other RE/Indian models. I think the guy who runs Baxter Cycle and is on the RE Redditch facebook page occasionally put a Fury back on the road a while back. If CMW or Enfield Racing can't help you maybe they can. Just let the pictures here scroll past past until you see something you recognise!
