Just to add to what jefrs was saying, it's actually much easier to use a circuit diagram (rather than a wiring diagram) to clarify what is connected to what, and which switch operates which relay, etc.

To get the full story you really need both the wiring and circuit diagrams, which is why I combined them into this document:

Wiring and Circuit Diagram

Thack - thanks Steve, it's a very clear set of diagrams. Imo you should start a new post with it because it is important information.

I'll take a look at the fuses later on my 2015 reg - 2014 build C5 and get back to you. It has three fuses. The indian fuses were badly corroded aluminium, oxidised and powdery i.e. random blow value. I have replaced them all but stuck to the same values.

I'm never sure whether to call it a wiring diagram like the book does, a circuit diagram from doing electronics or a schematic like the merikans call them. Jeff.

The Bosch fanfare horns failed. The open trumpets fill with rain water. I tipped a lot out and gave them some WD40 (about the only thing I'll use WD40 for, de-watering) but no joy. In any case they'd fill up like rain butts again. OEM job back on the bike for now. Hey-ho only £16.

I too disconnected the side stand switch, neither of my other bikes have one so it wouldn't do to learn to rely on it would it? If anyone's interested you could nick my idea, I ran the wires from it to a hidden switch so now I have a secret immobiliser.
