A brief retraction of the bad impression I may have left of BLD who handled the claim after my recent accident. My bike came back yesterday with some extra damage to tank, seat and front brake lever. Their workshop manager has investigated and it's clear that a less than professional delivery driver who resigned yesterday had something to do with it. I rather thought as much. They made no bones about paying for the damage and a cheque will be on the way. The problem was particularly disappointing because they had dealt with the claim extremely efficiently. So if you ever have a claim dealt with by BLD, feel confident.
