No idea why the yanks shorten everything to initials (I'm not a yank), don't want to see a Sinclair C5 and why would I want to pronounce 'Classic 500' (and certainly don't need to learn to pronounce whole names), am I missing some attempt at humour?

I think our hosts refer to them as C5, B5, G5. And what happened to the T5? Full current name appears to be "Bullet Classic 500 EFi", which is a bit of a mouthful. I don't think we're in danger of confusing a motorbike with Sinclair's pedal-car.

I have a brand new bullet efi abs 2017 should this bike do more than 70mph l cannot get any more rev limiter cuts in done 1068 miles

I very much doubt that the rev limiter cuts in at 70mph, assuming the bike is in top (fifth) gear. More likely there is a fault with the fuel injection system, such as a partial blockage, causing misfiring at WOT. Take it to your dealer.
