A thought, if you want to connect something like a tacho to the switched supply in the casquette, the red/white is not fused until it runs the length of the bike and returns from the fuse box, the lighting fused line is yellow/red or yellow or maybe yellow/white (the actual fused return colour is unlabelled in schematic, yellow-something and test then). The other fuse, the Signalling, does not send a return to the casquette but red/white to the Flasher Unit, Fuel Sensor and Rear Brake Switch.

If somebody can note the changes, then I can produce a newer colour diagram, probably just add the fuses in and check old against new. then we will have one for newer EFI's and one for older. Please supply nicest possible copy of diagram! YAY!

There's also a (4th) 10Amp old style wire fuse protecting the sub harness feeding the rear light cluster.

Scalyback - I may be able to scan a hand sketch the salient parts (segments) of the diagram but I can no longer draw a straight line or do fine detail, I can't photoshop them like I used to. Would that be ok.

Ric - I haven't found an extra in-line fuse to the tail lamp, is it inside the tail lamp assy? I have not taken that off.

There are four fuses in the fuse block, the tail lamp runs on the "Lighting" fuse, the brake lamp and indicators on the "Signalling" fuse.

Mine was very well concealed inside the left hand 'tool' box.

I found it quite by accident whilst fitting two wires from an FK84F 103db buzzer into the indicator connecter block.

ric - go on, you fitted a buzzer to the indicators on a Bullet? - yes I did notice the 103dB, that's something like the horn going off isn't it?

I had the left biscuit tin apart fitting the PCv and not found another fuse (?)

Just loud enough to remind me I've left my indicators on @30mph when wearing a full face helmet and earplugs :)

ric - you buy a musical big single and wear earplugs?

One of the main sensory inputs on a bike is hearing.
