That looks like the Electra-T, the Watsonian-Squire trials (so-called) version of the Electra-X, only with a standard Electra-X subframe for the back mudguard, presumably to allow the fitting of the pannier frames. I always thought they were one of the best variations on the Electra theme. I do like the idea of the tractor exhaust flap, though that fitting bracket is perhaps a touch TOO agricultural for my tastes.. Maybe a 2" Monza or Enots filler cap could be used for the job. A

Jefrs, the thing on the twist grip is a throttle rocker, (I have weak hands) it mean you open the throttle with the flat of your wrist as well as your hand. The other red thing is a "parking brake" slipped on to the brake lever and you just clip it over the twist grip and it applies the front brake for parking, when on a trailer, or on a ferry.
It is also handy for bleeding the front brake if you ever need to do so.

Ah, yes, the parking brake!
I used to use one many times on my travels to and from Aberdeen to Shetland and inter-island ferries - a couple of thick elastic bands usually courtesy of my postman!
Essential equipment in those parts.

Adrian, I am an agricultural type of person and my choice of rain flap was deliberate.
Where I live a two wheeled tractor is more use than a sports bike.
I also had to buy a bike I could lower cheaply to fit my little legs, and with little on the rear end of it so I could get my leg over easily. (No laughing at the back.)

Papasmurf, this is more of a "Henfield", but well suitable for the conditions that you have described.

I don't have weak wrist but do have arthritis, my hand gets quickly tired from gripping to the point it won't grip; stop gripping and it comes back, and it's a case of use it or lose it. So I've added an o-ring greased with silicone betwixt twist and bar-end weight, the olde stay-open throttle (it shuts slowly). Other adaptation are the adjustable brake and clutch levers. Hydrophane waterproofs leather, sitting on a wet real leather seat is like nothing else.
