Hi All

I'm progressively adding things to Rusty, my 350 Bullet SuperStar, and testing/cleaning/painting as I go. Tried the HT coil today. No spark when rigged up with a battery on the bench, and the multimeter registers Open Circuit between the HT post and the body (it's a Lucas cylindrical alloy bodied one as standard).

Presumably that means it's knackered!?!

Assuming I have to replace it, what's the best type to use with a Mk4 Boyer setup?

Thanks

Stephen

I've got the The Boyer Bransden Micro MarkIV on me old work bullet along with a West German made PVL coil from Hitchcocks comes with bracket as its slightly smaller that original. It works well seems to give better spark than original Lucas coil that packed up.
