The National Trust are nearly there!

They have motorcycle parking...

They have paddles for your side stand...

And here is Knole House!, now for the puzzle...

Discounting you being the first and pull up next to the paddle box OR you have a pillion, my question is this...

how do you support your bike while you go to the box and grab a paddle?

PLUS... how do you return the paddle unless you can still manoeuvre your bike near enough the box with others parked around it?

Don't care what they call them, it's a good idea anyway. I carry my own - they don't need to be quite as big as that.

I carry my own as well, bungee strapped to the rear rack and with a length of light chain attached to it and the rear rack so I don’t have to bend down to pick it up with several layers of clothing and a belly getting in the way! It’s about 10 inches of 2x1 reducing to 2x½ so it can be used to level up a bit when parked, handy on hard surfaces with a bit of a gradient too.

Well Tornado has a neat army diggy tool. Just unflap the blade, hold handle and put under sidestand. YAY!
