Connie is running great, but when I turn the handle bars to the right or move the cable the engine starts to pick up revs.
oiled the cable ,but no result, nothing fouling the cable, routed under the tank as it was before.
Any suggestions before I replace the cable

Is it the cable adjusted to tight needs a bit more slack in it

Yes, bit more slack required. A Bowden cable will tighten up slightly as you bend it.

I`ll another have another go at that but seem to have no adjustment left on it.
