Maybe I'm being a bit dim then, because I can find nothing on the DVLA site that can tell me if a particular vehicle was actually taken for a recall modification to be carried out. Only that there was a recall in place.
I shall continue the search,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

You phone or email the DVLA to ask. It may also show up on a Registration number search.

Just to update,
DVLA can't tell me if the mod was done.
But, the bike arrived this morning complete with the original service book tucked under the seat which is stamped up by Shropshire Motorcycles to say they carried out the gearbox mod.
Bit of a result I wasn't expecting there,,,,,,,,,,,,,
