Draining the primary case is usually a messy business as there is no drain plug and when you break the case seal the oil goes everywhere. Someone (sorry, can't remember who,) suggested using a fish kettle which is a long narrow container. My wife found one in the local charity shop and it works a treat, best £3 spent for a long time!

Yes, thanks, I'm aware of the oily mess Mark. I'm well armed with a deep baking tray from the old oven!


@ Jacob: There's a T. Hansen just round the corner.. I'll try there.


(For the Brits here, T. Hansen is an 'all things auto' shop... Which is handy to know if you ever decide to ride to Denmark and need stuff..)
