Should work on laptops, desktops, notebooks.

May not work on...

pills, tablets, capsuals,

also cyborgs, androids, robots,

telephones!

It works fine on an ancient Dell Inspiron 6000 laptop with Linux and Firefox.

Might I enquire the provenance of the audio clip?
